Hello, I'm writing this message because I have a question that I couldn't find the answer to on the internet. I'd like some information if possible. I'd like to sell an item in Spain with Mondial Relay. I read that I had to link the Mondial Relay and eBay accounts, which is done, but I looked a bit on Mondial Relay and it tells me that to create a shipping label I have to enter the buyer's first and last name, email, phone number, and address. I'd like to know whether I receive this information directly at the time of purchase, please? Because I'm not sure the buyer would want to give me all this information. I have already asked a buyer in France for a phone number or email address and the person didn't want to, so the sale didn't go through. I understand the reluctance. I'd like to know how the process works for making a label, maybe a video to understand how to send to buyers in Spain, thank you in advance. Kind regards

when you look at Mondial Relay of course you’re required to ask your buyer for this info, it’s up to them whether they give it to you or not, but by importing my eBay sales into your Mondial Relay account you have all the info you need
me, on another site I run into the same problem, in my listings I ask people who are interested that the first contact be by phone, if they don’t want to I kick them off because the one who’s been fed security stuff is going to pester the hell out of me, so get lost
those are my terms and I never deviate from them
