iPhone sold, the buyer is asking for a return
Summary: mrfox596 sold an iPhone 5S with a battery that was almost dead, which was clearly stated in the listing. The buyer reported that the battery only lasts 30 minutes and asked for a return. Despite being sent a return label, the buyer did not send the item back and is not responding to messages. *miss-tigri* recommends contacting eBay customer service to step in and possibly request a refund for the unused return label.
It says to me that the payment is blocked until January 20, but if he doesn’t send the item back before that date, will I get the payment unblocked or will he be refunded? Because I paid for the shipping with insurance by Colissimo and the return too, so almost 25 bucks down the drain. Thank you for your understanding

If the buyer does not make the return, ask eBay to intervene or contact customer service.

You will be able to request a refund for the label if it has not been used.
