The buyer is not picking up the parcel from the pickup point

Hello,

I made a sale and the buyer didn't go pick up the parcel from the pickup point. The funds will be released in a few days and the parcel will probably be returned to me

Should I proceed with the refund? Or in this case is it possible to keep the funds?

I also paid the shipping costs out of my own pocket

Thank you for your response, am I within my rights in the context of a dispute to say that he did not go pick it up, provide the tracking number, which could work in my favor, or is it a lost cause?

of course that's what you will have to prove to the site , you have fulfilled your obligations

wait for your buyer to get in touch and do everything through ebay

then you can refund the item price, and you'll keep the shipping cost
