"Full description" link not working

Hello, I noticed that the "show full description" links for my items don’t work for me (tested on several browsers). On the other hand, in the eBay app it’s fine.. Is there something going on?

It seems that many of us are having this problem. I was able to confirm it with other users and I think it's more of a site malfunction. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly because it doesn't encourage people to make purchases.

I've been having the same problem lately as a buyer: I can't access the description of the item offered for sale and have to make do with the photos provided, which is a barrier to buying (link "Afficher la description complète").

I'm replying, but without knowing exactly what you're talking about. Is it the "About this item" tab?

Have you thought about simply scrolling down to check that your descriptive text is indeed "showing up"?

I put "showing up" in quotation marks because visitors will never know that your text exists, because before it eBay will have placed 2 lines, if not 3, of prompts to leave your listing for others that, according to its A.I., have a better conversion/profit-maximizing combination for the shareholders. That's one of the reasons why you can have interested people who aren't put off, who will ask you questions about the item whose answer is very clearly in the description, but they think the listing is limited to its headline and photos.

Thanks, just below "A propos.." there is usually an 'Afficher les détails..' link which actually displays the same thing as "A propos.." but which no longer seems to work for me. I got around it by putting the description in the photos as an image!
