Limit American bidding on my ads

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for advice on how to prevent buyers based in the United States from bidding on my listings.
How can I do this, and where can I change the settings for all my listings at once to make sure my items are only visible to Europe?
If you've had similar experiences, I'd be very interested in your effective solutions!
