Hello, A buyer received two items he had ordered from me, and it turns out that one of the two is defective. He therefore opened a dispute with a refund/return request, accusing me of having sent the item already defective. I replied by telling him that I do not do partial refunds (way too common a scam) and that I refuse returns. I want to wait for eBay to step in because the item was very likely damaged during shipping. In parallel, I sent the buyer proof of the item's condition before shipping (a diagnosis done on a computer confirming the item was in perfect condition), but he did not reply and instead just left negative feedback on his order (yes, because he waited long enough after receiving it to be able to leave negative feedback...), accusing me of the same things (unfortunately, I'm used to bad faith on this site). So I sent a request for revision, and at the same time tried to make a report. The problem is that I can't fill in the "other comments" field when making the report; the site only lets me enter 2 characters instead of 2000, and the problem persists, on phone as well as on computer... What am I supposed to do in this situation? Thanks. PS: I will not respond to aggressive / mocking / moralizing replies under this question.
