Hello, I have put an item up for sale that I would also like to sell at the European level; for that I chose shipping for France and added DHL for international shipping. But on my listing, the option to ship internationally does not appear. I tried modifying my listing and adding DHL for Europe, and it is still not being supported.

your listing is properly configured for the EU with DHL. In the shipping section, click on show details:
And there you can see the different EU countries (I took Germany as an example):
