New sponsorship interface: impossible to choose a category from my shop
Hello, for several days now I’ve been trying to sponsor the dishes and plates category of my shop to sell more things that take up space. It’s impossible. I should note that I already have a general campaign for my whole shop sponsored at 10%. Customer service seems overwhelmed by this change. Thanks in advance for your feedback and experiences!

My reply was simply a way to work around the bug you have and apply the sponsorship to all your listings at once.

OP1 year agoFollowing your reply, I took the route of the current announcements, looked for the category and discovered the new "sell more" feature that lets you offer a discount. Thank you very much!
