Hello, I sent an item (expensive) to a buyer in Italy. The post office tried to deliver it for 15 days without success. I should point out that he made no effort, neither calling the Italian post office nor going in person to claim his parcel. The post office is therefore going to send my parcel back to me; should I refund my buyer immediately, or can I wait to receive my item? Because of his negligence, I run the risk that the package will get lost on the way back... thanks for your answers

If the buyer has opened a dispute, eBay will give you a deadline to make the refund.
Give the tracking number to the dispute manager and wait for your package to be returned.
