Problem with selecting sending mode

I’m new to eBay and I made my first sale, to Italy. I had put in the listing the use of laposte as international letter postage for shipping, but I can’t seem to find that option now that I have to send my item.
I’m required to enter dimensions and even by entering letter dimensions and a weight of 0.01kg (the item is a card), I end up with options at €12 or more, far from the €2 advertised by the laposte site for a shipment to Italy.
Would anyone know what to do in this situation?

Forget the shipping platform, it’s a real headache.
You go to your post office or to its website and you pay for the postage, then you record the tracking number in your summary.
