What is the procedure for objecting to the cancellation of an order in progress on eBay
Summary: gift_gruen expresses concerns about some French sellers refusing to ship abroad, despite the European Union's single market integration. They are looking for a way to force the completion of a sale already initiated on eBay. frelonverre and *miss-tigri* respond by pointing out that sellers have the right to choose their shipping destinations, and that there is no procedure to challenge the cancellation in these cases.
Hello, I am French and currently living in Germany, much closer to my native home, which still exists, than people from Lyon are to Paris, and I need supplies of a cultural nature (PCs and similar products with a French keyboard for adults and children, books, films, videos, vocal music, etc.). Many French sellers refuse to ship to what they call abroad (whereas commercially, within the European Union, that is no longer true!). How does one trigger, with a mandatory return to the previous situation, the enforcement of the sale, as triggered by the firm decision to buy immediately: it is a commitment, and it must be reciprocal and ebay must properly ensure the execution of the contract instead of playing the seller's deaf accomplice (in any case, nothing is provided for in ebay's dispute questionnaires or it is very well hidden...)?

each seller is free to sell wherever they want and to whomever they want
if the site allows excluding all countries, there is nothing you can do about it
so ask the sellers before clicking
