Hello, I’ve been a seller on eBay for three months.

I was very happy with this platform until yesterday, because our company sells Apple brand products, mainly cables and chargers, nothing more, no phones, etc. But to my great surprise, yesterday and today, eBay removed two Apple listings, telling me they were counterfeits!

Seeing that message, I thought: what the hell is this? We’ve been selling official products for several years without any problems on other platforms, and they’re telling me it’s counterfeit! So I sent my suppliers’ invoices, and they rejected the claim with no explanation or justification...

So now I’m stuck with restrictions for a week for no valid reason, based on false accusations.

The worst part is that they say in the message: "We made this decision based on the reviews on your products." Except I only have positive reviews on these products, no negative reviews at all!

I now have to wait for their response after making many calls, but still nothing... It’s dragging on, and in the meantime, I’m losing revenue.

What solution could I consider?

eBay is accusing me without basis. I provided them with the invoices, the products’ serial numbers, and the photos clearly show official products, but they’re sticking to their position...
