12 years at auction.Sold the product.the buyer changed his mind and started the refund.Although it is written in the condition that the refund is at the expense of the buyer, the auction still makes sure THAT the buyer is always RIGHT.It is impossible to reach SUPPORT.The site gives everything IN a CIRCLE.Who invented it? The auction is made as a TRAP.

OP3 years agoOf course not.The buyer [Pseudo] made me pay for the refund.18 euros, the Auction Sales Support never replied.(I wrote them 2 letters.This is unacceptable.
