return a non-compliant package to the USA
I had a dispute with a seller on ebay.com (American seller) I went through Paypal to resolve the problem and get a refund, this refund can only be processed if I send the order back to the seller. Who is the seller, is it ebay? because I don’t have the private individual’s address, and if it’s ebay usa’s, what is it, thanks

For disputes opened on Paypal, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Contact your seller and see if the return price (shipping costs) of your purchase is worth sending it back... (check on the Post Office website the price of international Colissimo shipments...
As for the address... only they can give it to you...
But after checking the cost of this operation... you have to go through this link--> Return an item for a refund | eBay
to do things in an "official" way and get help from the site if needed.

OP2 years agoPayPal, eBay is blocking the steps you're suggesting, telling me that there is
already a dispute open on my PayPal payment method. And PayPal,
it's impossible to contact them once they've proposed sending the package back.
It's hard, as a victim of an error by the eBay platform, to get
satisfaction...
