REP - I have my IDU but still not compliant with the rules, according to Ebay! | Selling on eBay

Hello everyone I got my EMBM IDU and added it to my account several months ago, but Ebay has just started sending me the same messages again, threatening to cancel sales, fines, etc. if I don't comply with the REP rules. I only sell used items, so for REP I am concerned only with shipping packaging requirements (if I understood correctly). So my EMBM IDU should be enough... I've read hundreds of pages and messages on this topic but I can't understand why I'm still being told that I don't comply. Customer service isn't able to explain it or help me. Can anyone tell me why I'm still being targeted? I'm afraid the time is coming when they'll limit my account. Regards
