Hello, A Japanese buyer - who has already bought several items from me without any problems - is unable to pay for their purchase. He sent me a screenshot: it says: "the buyer does not ship items to your address, please change your shipping address or contact the seller to request the order total". I tried to modify the payment request but Japan is indeed checked as well as the Colissimo rate that goes with it. I can't seem to find a solution for now. I sent the payment request again but apparently nothing changed on his side... Thanks for helping me find a solution! 🙂
