Pro sellers and eBay promotions
Summary: Anonymous User expresses concerns about promotions for professional sellers on eBay, noting that individual sellers benefit from regular discounts. koalagris responds by saying that professionals do not have such promotions, and emphasizes the importance of respecting legal sales statuses. Another participant, onimenokyo, criticizes eBay, claiming that professionals are there to enrich shareholders. Anonymous User concludes that sellers with high sales volume seem disadvantaged.
Hello,
Private sellers with the required reliability level benefit from promotions every 2 weeks such as 70% off selling fees on up to 100 items listed for sale.
What about professional sellers, do they get this kind of promotions and how often and at what level are these promotions?
Are Pro sellers better or worse off than private sellers on eBay in terms of overall selling fees?
Thanks for your feedback,
Kind regards

Thanks for your replies.
Basically, those who do a high volume of sales and put part of their business on ebay are very heavily disadvantaged ...

Pros don't have promos.

If you’re a pro, still avoid selling with a private account, because you’d be breaking the law in terms of legal notices and warranties (cooling-off period, for example).
