Hello, so I sold an item for the sum of 90 euros + 9.69 € shipping fees. It says " Send it to ............ before Thursday, June 13". What happens if I only send it Friday morning?
On the other hand, I’m going to send it on my own without printing the shipping label from your site. So I’ll go to La Poste with my parcel and pay the fees in Colissimo. What I didn’t understand is how can eBay know that I sent it and track its progress?

·2 years agohello - if you buy your shipping label online on La Poste’s website, it will generate a tracking number that you can add to the “sent” information. The next day, you can either leave the parcel in your mailbox to be collected by the postman or drop it off at La Poste, and you’ll be in the clear. (option: “collected by the postman” is the one to choose when you buy your shipping label online).

·2 years agoYou must ship = eBay's Terms of Service clearly state that you should not wait for the payment to arrive in your bank account before doing so.
In any case, as a new seller, your funds will be held for at least 14 days:

If the expected delivery date shown in the listing has passed, that will generate a defect for late delivery on your account. Avoid late shipments (and keep your buyer informed).
"What I didn't understand was how Ebay can know that I sent it and track its journey?" = you'll need to enter the tracking number manually on the ebay order.
