cancel a sale
I’d like to cancel a sale since the item has been sold. I can’t find the option that would let me remove the item from the site. Please tell me the method, which doesn’t seem very simple. Thank you.

Hello, Having been registered since 2000 on Ebay US and Ebay France, I have observed a steady decline in Ebay's service and, as a result, a drop in site traffic, which has lost its appeal. My latest complaint: after closing one account (2000 sales) and putting another Ebay US account on hold (1975 sales), I tried to list a few items on Ebay France, on my third active account. Surprise, the items are listed at a fixed price!!! there are no more auctions and visibility is limited to France............... not to mention the hypothetical funds held on Ebay, which have to be emptied manually!!! The PayPal era and Ebay's flexibility are over, the service is completely degraded and visibility is plummeting, and all this without even mentioning postal rates and customs constraints!!. What do you think?

WARNING WARNING WARNING WHEN YOU USE THE PACKLINK SERVICE LINKED TO GET SHIPPING LABELS!!! It's a total scam! They've just charged me 70 euros in additional fees for an alleged oversize or overweight issue (they can't even tell me which) on the one and only package I tried to send through this service offered via a link by eBay I've been a seller on eBay for 4 years. I've sent more than 600 parcels without ever having any problem, via Mondial Relay, La Poste or Shop to Shop... so I know perfectly well how to secure, measure, and weigh a package. And how to fill out a shipping label properly. The only thing I didn't do was take the whole process in photos to anticipate the dishonesty of the provider who, to validate my dispute, is asking me for photographic proof I thought I was going to save money, and I was badly mistaken. If you use Packlink, be very careful and expect the worst every time because these people are thieves. Laurent

Problem with prices using commas in prices (France region)

Hello. I don’t know where to post this, I’m bringing up what I think is a very annoying bug that concerns France at the very least. I’m an individual seller, on ebay.fr but open to other countries for purchases, just to mention it in case that matters. When I want to enter a price, for example from the hub just to change the price, for example 59,99 € => it will be turned into 5 999,00 € Even if I just display the price, without changing my price, just to check it, it will make this transformation happen to me. I didn’t create a new listing, maybe that’s the case too. The rational explanation is surely that the comma is the thousands separator in the USA but in France it’s the separator between units and decimals, that’s the correct way to do it, if I put a period instead of the comma the price is transformed as I want it, namely 59,99 €. I get the impression that I had never had this kind of problem before, I’ve used this same account for years and I’ve never been bothered, this bug appeared recently... Is it since the cancellation of individual seller fees? It’s really annoying because it’s counterintuitive in France, I’d classify this as a bug on my part, could you please fix it? Thank you.

Shipments on Ebau
Hello I barely sell anything on Ebay anymore. I think it’s because I only offer La Poste. If I click on Relais Colis I don’t get any coverage like on other platforms where I only have to enter a parcel size and an approximate weight and, in the event of a sale, I receive a label to print; sometimes even more convenient, the relay prints it. On Ebay this service doesn’t seem to work, or can someone help me find it and set it up? Thanks in advance. Sylvette

Does anyone have the new module?
Hello, I’d like to know if anyone has the famous new module? It’s a revolution for EBAY FR but literally nobody’s talking about it. For info, the module would indicate exactly what would be missing from an account to receive payouts directly (so before delivery) You’d need 10 sales and 150 euros in advance. None of my accounts has the module, so I’d like to know if anyone has had the luck to see it displayed! Thanks in advance
