Impossible to fill out the customs label at the post office; impossible to send to the United States
Summary: nascarvintage17 expresses frustration over the inability to fill out customs forms to send parcels to the United States by mail since July 4, which is affecting their ability to fulfill customer orders. This could hurt their reputation and finances, especially since sending toys has been banned since July 16. lingma85 mentions that Colissimo published information about the new customs requirements on July 8 and suggests that this information should be communicated to sellers.
so I send everything by mail but it’s been impossible for me to fill out customs labels since July 4th so we can’t send our packages to US customers which is serious since they’ve already paid so we risk not only losing our customers but also our reputation and money so I looked around a bit and I see that since July 16th anything that is a toy is no longer accepted in the USA by French mail so if anyone has a solution I’m all ears because I’m at the end of my rope

·2 weeks ago · EditedHello @nascarvintage17
Colissimo has published a page to help with shipments to the US... since July 8. new requirements...
Export to the USA: customs formalities to anticipate
and that, that’s information eBay should give to its sellers to help them, instead of waiting for the forum to do it..

Thanks to you, I finally understand what’s going on. My second-hand package (My Little Pony) is being sent back to me without any explanation having been given to me, neither by La Poste nor by eBay. It had been stressing me out a lot for a week for this very first shipment and, on top of that, to the United States.
This CPSC standard story very likely explains this return. A big thank you to the community
It would be nice if the post office or eBay could give us the info
