Hello,
Post office press release of July 27:
Fires: update on the situation and its impact on operations | La Poste Groupe
In "summary" : "Following the evacuation measures decided by the prefectural authorities of Gironde and Landes, La Poste’s activities are currently disrupted in several areas. Twenty-three post offices have been temporarily closed, including twenty in Gironde and three in Landes. Eleven mail and parcel distribution facilities, including a Chronopost branch, have also had to cease operations. The Cestas platform, which handles sorting of mail for ten departments across the entire South-West region, from Creuse to the Charentes, has had to close since Saturday evening. Even though a business continuity plan has been put in place with the Toulouse and Tours platforms, the situation may lead to delivery delays this week in the region."
