I don’t know where to post this, I’m bringing up what I think is a very annoying bug that concerns France at the very least.
I’m an individual seller, on ebay.fr but open to other countries for purchases, just to mention it in case that matters.
When I want to enter a price, for example from the hub just to change the price, for example 59,99 € => it will be turned into 5 999,00 €
Even if I just display the price, without changing my price, just to check it, it will make this transformation happen to me.
I didn’t create a new listing, maybe that’s the case too.
The rational explanation is surely that the comma is the thousands separator in the USA but in France it’s the separator between units and decimals, that’s the correct way to do it, if I put a period instead of the comma the price is transformed as I want it, namely 59,99 €.
I get the impression that I had never had this kind of problem before, I’ve used this same account for years and I’ve never been bothered, this bug appeared recently...
Is it since the cancellation of individual seller fees?
It’s really annoying because it’s counterintuitive in France, I’d classify this as a bug on my part, could you please fix it?

you are not speaking to eBay. The best thing to do is to report this problem directly to customer service.
It already happened some time ago and had been resolved.

OP3 weeks agoThanks @francexpressdeal , I tried before posting here but it’s so annoying/frustrating because nothing matches in their form and their 36,000 pages/links that I gave up and posted here hoping someone would come by and submit the bug.
