Issues with group purchases on eBay

For years, many French buyers, but especially foreign ones, haven’t been able to ask for the total to pay in the case of combined purchases. Some see a message telling them that I do not accept combined payments, even though I do accept them. This problem used to happen often a few years ago and had somewhat disappeared, but it has been coming back very frequently for several months now.
It’s obvious that because of this problem I’m losing a lot of sales.

·5 days agoAfter trying every possible format and angle for the rules to request grouped delivery, after contacting chat support and despite all their good advice (..) NOTHING WORKS!!. I note that before the September changes it worked BUT NOT ANYMORE!!. I'm desperate for a constructive answer at last.

·2 weeks agoI have the same problem, but I think it happens when the buyer accepts an offer. It seems that in that case the "Request combined shipping" button is no longer active. I wasn't able to get confirmation from eBay because you can no longer reach them.

·5 days agoIndeed, when there was (I'm speaking in the past tense) an offer on an item with purchase, it blocked the whole system.

Have you set up your account for combined shipping...?
Offer combined shipping | eBay
If not.. do it. .. mentioning it in the listing isn't enough.

·2 weeks agoOf course, I've been selling on eBay for over 20 years. I've contacted eBay countless times and they tell me there's no problem with my account. Besides, it sometimes works, but less and less often and practically never for foreign buyers.
