hello !
i'm the seller and my client wants to return my product, i said yes but i have to buy the shipping label
the problem is, i dont have his email address, i don't know what's the size of the packaging he'll send me back and of course i have only 3 days to buy the shipping label and the client doesnt respond to me
am i missing something ? (i use UPS so email adress etc.. are mandatory)
