Hello! I got problem with one of my last orders. The order has never received and post office confirmed that it was returned to sender. There were few statuses in the system done by post mistake and I have issue with reimbursement from eBay Even after ptovided few officoal reclamations amd confirmations from post The reimbursememt was refused. I am very frusteated and dissapointed. The local post office infotmed that it is not their resposibility to reimburse, but sender. In the end, I haven’t reveived my order and no reimpursment. I do hope, someone can support with further steps.

Pour signaler un objet non reçu ,vous pouvez utiliser ce lien dès que la date de livraison estimée est dépassée ,cela pendant 30 jours.
