bonjour, pour ma première vente sur ebay, je vends une psp. un acheteur me l'achète en achat immédiat (200 euros) et me propose de me payer 300 euros si je l'envoi à son fils, partit au Nigéria. Entre temps, le fameux acheteur est désinscrit par ebay. Je lui demande des explications et il m'explique qu'il suivait un autre objet, qu'il ne voulait finalement plus mais le vendeur l'a signalé et il fut désinscrit. je lui envoi donc une demande de paiement via paypal de 300 euros. je recois donc un email de paypal confirmant la demande de paiement et quelques jours plus tard je reçois un mail confirmant le paiement par l'acheteur. Quelques jours plus tard, je reçois un nouveau mail de l'acheteur qui me dit vouloir me payer 450 euros supplémentaires pour envoyer un ipod à la même adresse. Dans la foulée je reçois un mail de paypal: Dear Seller, Thanks for producing the needed documents as evidence that the item has been posted to the correct address information, the buyer of your item has currently added 450:00 to the existing amount, she said that the money is for a new item that you would help her purchase, we want you to purchase the item and give us the shipment tracking number for evidence that the new item has been shipped, we wait to hear from you so that we can remit your account with the total amount that the buyer paid. PAYPAL MANAGEMENT... du coup, plus ça va, plus je pense que c'est un mauvais coup. je demande à ce que les paiements soient séparés e je reçois: Dear Matthieu, We are sorry for that but the payment is together. STOP!!! Arrête les dégâts. C'est une arnaque ! Tu t'es déjà fait avoir sur ta PSP que tu ne reverras jamais et dont tu ne verras jamais l'ombre d'un paiement. Ne va pas encore envoyer gratuitement un Ipod à ton escroc. Ce que tu as reçu est un faux mail de Paypal. Paypal n'intervient JAMAIS dans des transactions entre vendeur et acheteur. Paypal se contente de transférer l'argent qu'il reçoit et ne demande JAMAIS de preuve d'envoi. Ne réponds plus. Et si tu avais un autre objet sensible à vendre, ne le mets jamais en achat immédiat et bloque les enchérisseurs étrangers via ce lien et pas seulement en ajoutant sur l'anonce "Vente en France uniquement" : http://offer.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

c´est a peine croyable quand je lis ce thread !!!! comment est-ce-qu´on peut se faire avoir de cette facon ??? si on est inscrit sur paypal france, tous les courriers provenant de paypal sont en francais. de toutes facons, comment peut on envoyer la marchandise avant que son compte paypal soit credite ??? stupefiant !!!! mieux que de la coke comme histoire !!!

Je crois que tu n'as plus que tes yeux pour pleurer. Tu t'es fait avoir en beauté. Le colis que tu as envoyé est il arrvé? Essayer de voir si tu peux le bloquer avant son arrivée. Mais fais tres tres vite!!!

Bonjour, Le fait de bloquer les acheteur d'autre pay ne sert a rien puisque ces enfoirés s'enregistrent comme resident en france donc ils peuvent quand meme valider un achat immediat. Ensuite il vous contacte par mail pour continuer leur arnaque. Je le sais car ma psp a été aussi acheter par kate lambert aujourdhui: 18_lam1kate (0) Membre depuis : 14-août-06 Lieu: France métropolitaine Voili, alors il serait temps de trouver une vrai parade a ce probleme car je trouve anormal que a cause de ces escros on ne puissent plus mettre un objet en achat immediat.

une vrai parade a ce probleme?, oui un minimum de jugeotte. J'enrage quand je vois que l'on donne des conseils à un utilisateur et que le lendemain il refait la même sottise. Les escrocs on encore de beaux jours devant eux, vu le nombre de débiles qui peuplent notre pays dit des lumières.

@brigitte Vous trouvez ca normal que l'on ne puisse plus mettre nos objets en achat immediat? Franchement, je ne trouve pas que ce soit normal. parce que meme sur des encheres, qu'est se qui empeche ces guignols de monter le encheres afin de les remporter et de nous mettre devant le meme probleme?

@Anie : que je trouve cela normal ou pas, n'est pas la question. C'est comme si tu me demandais si je suis pour ou contre l'escroquerie. Les arnaqueurs à la nigériane n'achètent pas par le biais de ventes aux enchères, mais uniquement en achat immédiat. Il faut qu'ils fassent très vite, pour arnaquer le maximum de personnes avant qu'EBay ne les vire (ce qui arrive toujours sous quelques jours). Maintenant, tu ne peux pas dire que tu n'avais pas été informée. FrancJeu, Mulder et moi t'avions conseillé, bien avant que tu ne passes ta dernière annonce, de ne surtout pas remettre ton objet en achat immédiat. Que tu n'aies pas voulu suivre nos avis te regarde. Ne viens pas t'en plaindre.
