e mail en anglais ???

j'ai reçu trois fois cet e mail en anglais et je ne comprends rien.

j'ai bien acheté un parfum , j'ai envoyé le paiement par chèque il y a quelques jours. quelqu'un peut il m'aider

merci.

Bonsoir,

C'est une lettre de la Compagnie Ebay Commercial et Sécurité....

A priori d'après ce que je comprend, il y a un soucis avec le vendeur dont les activités ont été suspendues via ebay ( copie ?), non conformes avec la déontologie ebay....

" Si le vendeur vous demande de conclure la transaction en dehors d'ebay, nous vous recommandons vivement de ne pas poursuivre cette transaction. (...)

Si vous avez déjà payé pour cet achat et que vous ne l'avez pas encore reçu, vous avez la possibilité de plusieurs recours:

- faire un recours amiable, stopper l'achat auprès de la banque, etc...."

Ne pas répondre à ce mail qui est automatique...

C'est une "traduction" très succinte de cette lettre ebay. Mais il semble que le vendeur soit un fraudeur et que la vente n'est pas "légale"

Si tu l'a acheté sur un site anglo saxon c'est normal que cette alerte soit en anglais, si tu l'a en plus payé par cheque tu devrait savoir que l'on ne paye pas avec un cheque Francais ailleur qu'en France.

Merci pour vos traductions mais le vendeur est toujours inscrit sur E bay et je l'ai contacté par mail il me dit qu'il n'a pas encore reçu mon paiement et qu'il ne comprend pas l'e mail que j'ai reçu.

cet e mail venait il bien e bay ? je ne sais plus quoi penser ?
