One item Missing

Hello. I order 2 hair spray. But get only one spray. Where is my second one?? Normally I didn’t received the product my employee received it so I check my shop cctv footage And I see the delivery man only give one product. So please can you explain me where is second one?? I am attached my cctv footage screenshot.. Please explain me
