I recently purchased airpods advertised as new and they do not work properly. the serial number on the box blister sealed, is not the serial number of the airpods. I contacted Apple and Apple told me the Airpods are not new and even counterfeit. I tried contacting the seller who does not answer. I opend a repot to Ebay and their AI rejected it? please help as these types of sellers are not normal.
