Hello, I bought 2 suspension arms for my car and UPS delivered a plastic drawer/shelving unit on the 21/05/2021 which was rejected straight away, I told the driver to take it away and return it as it was not what I ordered. It has now been 3 weeks since I rejected the delivery and it has not yet been returned and the seller won't refund me until he gets it. Package is going from France to Germany. Contacted UPS twice and they claim it is on it's way but after 3 weeks I suspect it has gone missing or been damaged. Ebay is about as useful as a chocolate teapot and say they won't intervene until it has been acknowledged as returned. What recourse do I have as the seller appears to only look at the UPS tracking data which always says "check back tomorrow for an update"?  I have asked the seller to check with UPS  and submit a claim but I suspect they are not too concerned about getting the package back as I suspect it is worth a fraction of the price I paid for the suspension arms

 Vous êtes sur EB France, vous parlez français comme le montrent les éval que vous laissez, donc écrivez en français....
