I accidentally bid on a pc on ebay before I saw the huge delivery price and kindly sent a message before the end of the bid to ask the seller to cancel the transaction once the bid is over as no one else bid on it but the seller is now threathning me by telling me that what I did counts as fraud and that if I don't buy it he will report my account for fraud, now I'm not a proffesionnal but I do not think this is correct?
