Looks like tunic from French Army for our Polish allies whom went to help us in 40 inspite we forgot our assistance treaty in 39.

dzien dobry!
It's a french made jacket for an officer, maded in Bretania (where the polish troops were based in 1939-1940 near Coetquidan _ Loudeac is french tailor of this region) like the Haller army in 1917-1918, that's why maybe the taloir has this sort of buttons.
Are you interesting to sell this jacket, or to exchange with some polish things...??? I'm interested in.
Regards,
F.
