Today I found out that an order was placed with my money, about which I know nothing. The money was paid from my account without my knowledge. The seller is a company in the United States and the recipient's address is not mine, but belongs to a person I do not know, from a city, also in the United States. I asked eBay to cancel the order but the seller refused, on the grounds that he had already sent (on the same day) the order. What can I do in this situation? How can I get my money back?
