I sent a parcel that was unfortunately redirected to another country. The buyer requested a refund, which he received in full, but the parcel eventually found its way and was delivered. I lost my product and my money. What can I do? I already disputed the claim, but the parcel was still in transit and had not yet arrived, so the dispute was rejected and I can no longer dispute it now.
