Hello! We have a serious problem with the seller, and we don't know what to do. I received a damaged item; it may have been damaged during shipping. The seller asked me to contact DHL, which I did, but DHL redirected me to SmartPosti, and SmartPosti returned the item to the seller. The seller offered to send the item to DHL for inspection, but I haven't been able to contact DHL, and I'm afraid to risk it because a friend of mine had a similar situation: he sent his item for inspection and didn't receive a refund. Now the seller is offering me 10 euros in compensation, but there are quite a few damaged figurines, and I don't know how to fix them myself, and in fact, it might be impossible because they are very small.
