Hello! We have a serious problem with the seller, and we don't know what to do. I received a damaged item; it may have been damaged during shipping. The seller asked me to contact DHL, which I did, but DHL redirected me to SmartPosti, and SmartPosti returned the item to the seller. The seller offered to send the item to DHL for inspection, but I haven't been able to contact DHL, and I'm afraid to risk it because a friend of mine had a similar situation: he sent his item for inspection and didn't receive a refund. Now the seller is offering me 10 euros in compensation, but there are quite a few damaged figurines, and I don't know how to fix them myself, and in fact, it might be impossible because they are very small. It would be easier for me to return the item to the seller. Please help! Best regards!
