I made an offer of 850 euros to this seller on eBay for a used DAC Chord Hugo 2 and the seller accepted my offer and asked me for an address through eBay messages just after I bought it "so that the seller can send me my item".

However, the seller didn't honor the deal, breaching the contact involving a fraud.

I reveived a package in my name and my address I have never ordered, containing a bottle of alcohol with the seller's name and address. I immediately opened a case asking eBay to investigate into fraud, falsification, and to get a refund which is currently put on hold due to the seller opening a case.
