Just spent an hour going round and round in circles trying to get help from eBay.

I have a defective item to return. The seller has agreed to accept it back. I have started a return request, which the seller has acepted.

However instead of providing me with a prepaid postage lable, he has just sent me a postage address.

I have asked him twice for a prepaid label and now he doesn't reply.

I do not have an option on the return screen to ask eBay to step in. How do I bring this eo eBays notice.
