Hello I live in Switzerland, I speak French and I receive email in German. I cannot contact ebay to make them sending email in French or English. I have put my location in French but it doesn't help. So ik the end every email I receive I cannot understand anything. I reply to every email to say I don't understand german, but it is never taken into account... I am desperated by this situation
