Hello,
A package sent to Italy was held for a month at Italian customs. Why?
Furthermore, there were strikes at the Italian Post Office in July.
The problem has not been resolved.
The dispute opened by the buyer was closed in his favor. He was reimbursed too quickly by eBay, and the package has since arrived safely. 
Therefore, I haven't received the money from this sale. What should I do? Knowing that eBay Italy doesn't want to reverse its decision!
