Demande de clôturer

Bonjour,

 

Je n'ai reçu que 1 article alors que lors de l'achat il est spécifié 2 articles. Après contact le vendeur me dit pas de problème on vous renvoye l'article manquant mais il me demande de clore le litige.

 

Voici son message:
