I have a seller of bad faith. I bought from him a watch
1/ I asked to return the watch because it is too small for my wrist. It is my right of consumer in the European Union. He didn’t agree!
2/ I weared the watch this morning and took a short shower. The watch was plenty of water. I told him. He told me the watch is not waterproof. Now he didn’t reply anymore!
What can I do?
