How do I retrieve my bordero invoices?
Hello, I’d like to know how to retrieve the invoices for my shipping label purchases when I send parcels. Best regards.

Abusive return for defective item
Hello, I recently sold a car stereo to someone on eBay. As usual, I thoroughly tested the product and took a video of it working before shipping. It’s an original car stereo that needs to communicate over the car’s bus, tested on mine without any issue. However, as soon as they received it, the buyer opened a return request for a non-functioning product, with a photo of the car stereo’s serial number (fair enough). What’s the best move to make: - Wait for eBay to step in (how can I provide them the video?) for the return request? - Pay for a return at my own expense and open a claim upon receipt? I’m not used to disputes/returns, so if you could shed some light on it, thanks.

problem with buyers outside France.
Hello, My wife has a pro store on Ebay with a premium subscription. For weeks now, she has had a problem with buyers outside France, who can’t buy from her store! In fact, when the buyer wants to make a purchase, a message appears saying that this seller does not sell in this country! Even though worldwide sales settings are active. Worse, the same message says that Ebay invites the buyer to look for the item from another seller !!!!. Despite the many calls through customer service over the past several weeks, there has been no concrete response to this problem. today, to make things worse, during a new call to customer service, the person we spoke to told us that our case had not even been taken into account yet!!!. and that they could not give any timeframe for resolving the problem, which has been going on for almost two months!. The direct result is a loss of revenue due to buyers being unable to make the purchase they want. Meanwhile, the Pro Premium store subscription is still being charged!. What is really frustrating is feeling like you’re being passed around, from advisor to advisor, who all recite the same memorized script and end up telling you that at their level they can do nothing, other than escalate a ticket!!!. Ebay customer service is no longer at all up to the level of the service being billed.

Delivery charges, especially Mondial Relay
Hello everyone, and I hope someone COMPETENT from ebay sees this message. I've been a professional seller on ebay for over 20 years. For 20 years I've been trying to set up combined purchases and for 20 years it's been a nightmare.... Let me explain: for domestic shipping in France, with tracked letter rates, no problem, everything goes smoothly. As soon as you offer Mondial relay for example, the customer has to pay the fees for EACH item even though in my terms it's clearly stated X euros for one item and then Y euros for each additional item. I won't even talk about international terms....for example a buyer shopping in my store for shipping to Spain will see €9.99 shipping when for the SAME item on the Spanish site the fees will be €39.99.... It's a nightmare....when I sync my listings from my prestashop I get copies of copies of copies of my shipping terms added... I've already tried contacting someone on ebay, but never got anyone competent or serious to handle this kind of problem. Likewise, Mondial relay can be offered as a carrier for France but not for neighboring countries, which is quite absurd! Anyway, if anyone has a tip, I'm interested

Deleted listing for a bogus reason, yet 5,000 other similar listings are for sale
Good evening, Ebay unjustly removed my auction listing for a lot of ELVIFRANCE comics. Apparently for prohibited or inappropriate content Maybe because of the title containing the words " ADULT COMICS"? I don't know! These comics cover multiple themes ranging from erotic to horror. This removal is completely unfair and unfounded, because when I type ELVIFRANCE or ELVIFRANCE comics in the search bar for products available for sale, I get more than 5,000 active listings for similar ELVIFRANCE comics to mine. And more than 2,300 results in completed sales for those same ELVIFRANCE comics. I am willing to comply with Ebay's rules on prohibited listing content if Ebay removes all active listings for these same products. I don't see why I should be the only one penalized when others are freely offering these same items for sale on Ebay. If I have to change my title without using the word "ADULT", fine, I will do it, although it is still unexplained because in the search results, I find ELVIFRANCE comics listings like mine using the word "ADULT" in the titles. I ask Ebay to be FAIR with me compared to the other members who are currently offering the same products for sale freely and without warning. Ebay must be impartial and penalize all members in this case, otherwise the removal of my listing is unfair, unfounded and borderline discriminatory. I am in favor of equality when it comes to the sanctions imposed by Ebay on its members. I contacted Ebay twice with the same email, no response. Three times by phone for a supposed follow-up to the relevant department, nothing, no feedback at all, Ebay is keeping quiet and not replying. It's outrageous! Sincerely

On the page for creating a sale from an existing one: "sell a similar item", you can no longer adjust the shipping fees; you have to click, a window opens, and it's impossible to change the prices, especially for overseas..... You change the price, but when your listing is approved, and you read your listing again, it's the old shipping prices that show up

You’ve spent time packing the parcel, paying the shipping costs, the return shipping costs, all for nothing. - Or the downright dishonest customer who will send you back their old part. That’s why I’m asking, and asking myself, the question: Should we keep selling on eBay?
