I bought a computer MacBook Air.
It is not my fault that I send back the computer.
That computer shutdowns every day I use.
This is not normal.
I need a full money refund, including transaction fee and return cost.
The seller accepts my return and wrote me that the seller refund the shipping cost.
The seller sent me a link and defined the detail of the shipping.
It costs me only 11 euros, it was so cheap to send a computer.
But I did that.
When the seller received the item they refunded me, but the return cost was not included.
The seller says that the computer is not crushed so they don’t refund me the return cost.
I’ve never said the computer is crushed.
The computer is not working correctly as it was described and it shutdowns suddenly everyday I use.
I cannot use such a computer.
They tell a lie.
They wrote me that they will refund the return cost when they receive the computer.
The seller is not honest and this is not acceptable.
Then after 2weeks my PayPal account payed the extra money of 11,71 € for the return cost. Because the information that the seller wrote in the form was not correct.
I payed 587,45€ (477,99£ + 19,99£)
The return cost was 12,68 €
Extra shipping cost: 11,71 €
Total I payed: 600,13 €
Refunded 552,65 € (499,88£)
The difference: 59,19€
I need the money back with all differences, transaction fee, return cost, and extra return cost.
