J'ai fais un retour de produit (non conforme à l'annonce) en bon et dû forme mais le vendeur indélicat ne veux pas me rembourser les frais postaux.
Quelles sont les solutions, si il y en a ? Ebay n'a pas de résolution à me proposer, visiblement....
