I still haven't received a refund, I need to be refunded through the same channel I used to pay for your item. it is the visa card, I do not use paypal, why this mixture ..... I received an article not in conformity with the advertisement.
Following this dispute, Ebay told me that a refund would be effective within 48 hours, but I still haven't received anything. I also received an email from PayPal indicating that a refund in my favor would be effective within 4 to 5 days, but I do not have a PayPal account, I paid with my Visa bank card. Do I have to open a PayPal account, I don't want to open a PayPal account.
