I ordered something and looking back at it the seller does nt look legitimate. i have the tracking number but it doesent show it has been sent off or going through customs or anything for that matter. I also tried messaging the seller but he seemed dismissive whenever it **bleep** to answering questions. is there a way ebay can help me get a refund?
