Bad expérience

I just had a bad expérience from a seller who days i got my order and did sighn for it. I never got any and now i am asking for the redund ans all eBay can do is support the seller by telling me i got my order as for the information from the seller. Let him prove and show my signature where i did sighn for the delivery. Please who has the same expérience as it is my first and i had faith with ebay.

Since your account is registered in France ....

you should speak French, which would be easier for you to understand ....

If the seller has provided proof of delivery .. eBay will prove him right.

BUT ... you have to see your neighbors, your relatives to know if someone would not have taken your package.
Then see your Post to tell it what's going on.

For your signature ...??

- with the COVID19 ... shipments are not recommended with signature because of the distance ,

so there was no need for your signature ...

Sorry, but there is nothing you can do against your seller's proof of tracking.
