Je suis inscris sur Ebay depuis peu de temps. J'ai créé un compte paypal où je n'ai pas mis d'argent, juste mon numéro de carte bleue.

Le problème est :  a chaque fois que je mets une enchere, je me retrouve sur une page où il est inscrit :
