this person practices with an accomplice of the manipulations of auctions, this accomplice puts auctions at a certain price (hidden reserve price not to pay ebay fees) if another bidder places an identical bid, the accomplice withdraws his bid and puts back by then an auction of the same value and thus the reserve price is reached. this is what happened on this object and it is a practice that is legalized with Chinese sellers .... cordially
