Although I got the item cheaply, the  seller demand me the 'annulation'. I wonder why the seller sell it at the high price from the first? When I got the item at high price, I always buy it. If I don't pay, I can't take use of E-bay. Why the seller can refuse to sell when it is sold at cheap price?

Bonjour , le vendeur est aux USA , l'acheteur est au japon !
le vendeur ne livre qu'aux USA , c'est peut-être là le probleme !
je n'ose l'ecrire en anglais ; si quelqu'un peut le faire ?
